Jazzen is a Business and Finance graduate from Australian Universities with professional history in Consumer Goods and Investment advisory in Indonesia. He has experience in internal controls, financial modelling, and financial due diligence with exposure in a few sell-side investment deals in Indonesia.
His recent experience includes an out-of-court financial restructuring project concerning an Indonesian property developer, fundraising for a hospitality and steel company, and due diligence for companies in various industries.
Prior to joining Eliot & Luther, he was an Associate in an investment advisory firm. Before that, he worked as an internal auditor for one of the world’s largest pulp and paper companies providing internal controls advisory to senior management.
