Jisad is a finance professional with 8 years' experience in corporate finance, asset management and institutional brokerage. He is a capital markets practitioner with sell-side and buy-side experience and has a deep understanding of Indonesian securities market, regulations & processes.
Recent experience includes advising multiple major SOE restructuring, assisting with fundraising for several well-known Indonesian property entities and financial due diligence on entities in several sectors (telecommunications, manufacturing, infrastructure, among others).
Prior to being a consultant, he was a fund manager in an established asset management firm in Indonesia.
