Mark Chadwick is a Chartered Accountant with more than 22 years’ experience in restructuring, turnaround, and corporate advisory across Australia and Asia. He has led major restructuring engagements involving over US$15 billion in debt and advised borrowers, banks, bondholders, and governments on complex transactions. Formerly with Ferrier Hodgson and FTI Consulting, Mark has also served on numerous international boards.
