Sasha is a New York-qualified attorney whose practice spans complex sell-side and buy-side M&A, cross-border restructurings, and high-stakes litigation management. She has led the hostile drag sale of a U.S. securities company, represented the largest pre-IPO investment into a Nasdaq-listed company, and managed high-profile contentious matters in the Singapore and UK courts, including in-court schemes of arrangement and judicial management proceedings.
Her broader work includes advising financial institutions and fintechs, structuring conventional and Sharia-compliant financial products, and structuring investments and philanthropic flows into Indonesia.
Before joining Eliot & Luther, Sasha was in-house at a private equity-backed financial services holding company, having begun her career in private practice at an international law firm.
