Some firms launch with a party. Eliot & Luther launched with work.
When we began, there was no major announcement, no polished event, and no formal celebration. There were clients who trusted us, colleagues who took a chance on us, and a small team working to build something useful in the middle of a very uncertain world.
Six years later, on 20 May 2026, we finally gathered in a room with many of the people who have helped shape Eliot & Luther from the beginning.
It was a launch party, technically. Six years late.
But more than anything, it felt like a thank you.
A thank you to the clients who trusted us before the brand was fully formed.
A thank you to the partners and collaborators who helped us deliver beyond traditional boundaries.
A thank you to the friends who kept showing up, referring us, challenging us, encouraging us, and growing with us.
We are also especially grateful to PITA for being our venue partner and for sharing this milestone with us.
From the start, Eliot & Luther has been built around people: the people we advise, the people we work with, and the people who believe complex problems are best solved together.
As we enter the next phase of the firm, with a renewed brand and a broader platform across strategy, finance, legal, tax, green, technical, and intelligence, the core of who we are remains unchanged.
