Jazzen Dennis Bataviano is a Finance Advisory Manager with over five years of experience working across financial restructuring, capital raising, due diligence, and feasibility analysis in Indonesia. His work has taken him across a range of sectors — logistics, manufacturing, real estate, and fintech — where he has been involved in transactions from the early stages of mandate acquisition through to deal execution and client reporting.
At Eliot & Luther, Jazzen works closely with SOEs, commercial banks, and institutional investors, taking on both the analytical and client-facing sides of advisory work. Over time he has grown from Associate to Manager at the firm, picking up deal origination and business development responsibilities alongside the core transaction work.
Jazzen holds a Master of Applied Finance from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration & Commerce from Australian Catholic University, both in Brisbane, Australia. Before Eliot & Luther, he worked at an investment advisory firm focused on the Indonesian market and as an internal auditor at one of Indonesia's largest pulp and paper companies.
