Mayang Pratiwi is an executive leader and operations specialist with expertise in Nature-Based Solutions (NBS), carbon project development, and corporate operations in Indonesia. She is currently CEO of Nusantara Raya Solusi and Director at Eliot & Luther, focusing on AFOLU and REDD projects.

She has extensive experience in operational planning, forest carbon management, and leading rainforest, peatland, and mangrove conservation initiatives. Previously, she held strategic roles in fintech and financial services, including Director at Reli.ID and Chief of Staff at PT Reliance Capital Management, building on a strong background in banking and hospitality management.

Project / Deal Experiences

Leading the management and operational planning of the South Barito Kapuas Rainforest Conservation Project (SBK Project), a 40k ha rainforest conservation project located in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from early-stage site assessment, stakeholder mapping and operational planning through to certification preparation, PDD / monitoring report submissions, and Verra VCS validation /verification coordination.
Leads the coordination of cross-functional workstreams across technical, operational, carbon, and commercial matters to ensure the project remains implementation-ready and aligned with certification requirements.
Manages engagement with key project stakeholders, including local partners, communities, technical advisers, certification bodies and Validation / Verification Bodies.
Supports the alignment of project documentation, field implementation, community engagement and monitoring requirements with AFOLU / REDD+ certification standards.
Oversees project planning and execution considerations relating to land, community, biodiversity, carbon accounting, operational readiness and commercial viability.
Successfully led the project to an A.pre rating from BeZero Carbon in March 2026.
