Ranesya is an Indonesian corporate lawyer. Her work covers transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments and general corporate matters.
She has worked with Indonesian and multinational companies and investment funds on cross-border transactions, including matters requiring coordination with international advisers and service providers.
Prior to joining Eliot & Luther, Ranesya practised with Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer’s associated firm in Indonesia.
