About Eliot & Luther

Eliot & Luther was established in 2017 to provide strategic corporate finance and transactional advisory services for cross-border transactions, particularly in Asia.

Founded as a family business by Joel Hogarth, a New York and England qualified lawyer with 20 years' Asia-based experience, and his father Richard Hogarth, an experienced company director, who has deep operational and management experience in logistics, retail and supply chain management.

Eliot & Luther has since expanded to include a range of seasoned professionals with industry experience in sectors such as aviation, energy, financial services, plantations and sustainable development.

We operate through our United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Singapore entities, and in Indonesia through partnership with local advisory company, PT Eliot Luther Indonesia.
