We are acting on the financial restructuring of PT Modern Internasional Tbk, the former holder of the 7-Eleven franchise in Indonesia. Following a successful PKPU proceeding, we continue to support with the restructuring of its private equity, banking and multifinance facilities.
We are also assisting with working capital financing for its equipment distribution arm, which operates the Ricoh franchise in Indonesia.
