Regulatory Note: We are sometimes asked to describe our services. We provide strategic advice to companies on transformative situations: from mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures to financing, refinancing and restructuring. This involves creating financial models, analytical reports, presentations and designing and implementing a strategic plan. While we have senior lawyers and accountants on our team, we do not directly provide accounting, tax, securities or (typically) legal advice - we maintain a strong network of leading law firms, accountancy firms, tax advisors and securities firms, and are happy to coordinate a unified strategy and manage the work under a single point of contact. Our legal personnel qualified in New York and England maintain their bar registrations and practising certificates for those occasions where we provide non-reserved legal advice in the course of our activities, and Eliot & Luther (UK) Ltd is registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority with registered number 836263.
