Isaac Lee joins Eliot & Luther

Delighted to announce that Isaac Lee is joining us as a Director in Singapore. Isaac worked with Joel Hogarth on restructuring and corporate finance at Borrelli Walsh and as Acting CFO at Reliance and is one of the best financial modeling guys around - as well as one of the rare advisory guys with hardcore Big-4 audit experience.


Isaac's arrival is very timely as we believe that Singapore Companies Act applications are an extremely valuable tool for Indonesian companies seeking breathing space from their foreign currency debt service obligations - particularly those with US Dollar bonds and foreign currency loans arranged in Singapore. More on this in a forthcoming update.
